Rebecca Stone is the Manager of our Grand Bank Senior Community, she was born and raised in Grand Bank, NL. Shortly after College Rebecca moved to Alberta and lived there for 12 years, during that time she met and married her husband and had 3 beautiful children.

After my wife had passed I wasn’t sure what life had in store for me. It was a scary feeling knowing I was alone in our home and my family knew I needed a change. When I came for a tour of this beautiful place I could sense the feeling of home and security that I needed.
This was one of the best decisions I have made to come to Grand Bank and enjoy my days at this lovely home.
I was unsure at first, leaving my own home, but it didn't take long before I knew I had made the right decision. The staff and residents here are my family and I wouldn't change a thing. Knowing I am safe and never alone is a very comforting feeling. This is my home now.
One of my many favourite memories here is from one of the lovely Christmas parties we had when my family was here with me to enjoy it. Everyone made them feel at home and it was no better feeling to see the comfort in their eyes knowing Mom is being well looked after and most of all happy!
